Have been here 3 times in last few months and sad to say, last night was our last. All 3 times the air conditioning was cranked down so low, we had to put on our sweaters and still sat there shivering. When asked, they turned down the air for a little while and then cranked it down again. This was also the second time they could not get our steaks and prime ribs done as requested....we are all fairly flexible, but they weren't even close. Didn't send it back on our first visit, but last night we all did, and it was returned with the same doneness we sent it back with (rare and bloody is a long way from medium-well). I can't tell how they cooked it the second time, but guessing it was in a microwave for a few seconds..the prime rib was shrunk and grey, but still not done enough.
