I saw Dr. Notaroberto for a problem with double vision. September 2011 he advised me I had early onset cataracts but he did not think it would present a problem very soon. Due to some medication I was taking, the cataract became thick and I kept seeing double.



I called Dr. Notaroberto's office and they were able to work me into the office within 2 days to be screened. The personnel were attentive and friendly. Thorough and professional. Receptive to making my visit as friendly as possible.



There were new personnel and new equipment in the office and the staff asked if I would mind if they showed the new staff how to use the new equipment. I am always ready to make sure the young professionals get a chance to learn how to do more. The training could only make the staff more qualified and knowledgable when it came to the use of ALL the new advancements to protect my vision.



I was scheduled for surgery and given an appointment and the name of the surgical center used by Dr. Notaroberto. They were very thorough. When I called after the surgery I needed to make an appointment for the next day (as the after surgery appointment was given for the same day). They re-scheduled my appointment without reservation.



When I arrived at the office today to be seen for my after'surgery consultation the staff offered me coffee because I had arrived an hour before my appointment. They saw me 1 hour before my scheduled appointment because we were expecting inclement weather and they didn't want me to drive in stormy weather. They gave me my 10 day appointment and I was on my way BEFORE my actual appointment. These ladies tried to do everything they could do to make my appointment an efficient and competent follow up. I would recommend Dr. Notaroberto and his associate Dr. Pradillo to anyone and everyone who needed competent and caring physicians.



BTW---I first met members of this staff at a health fair sponsored by the Office of Public Health in Franklinton, LA---if they cared enough about people's vision to travel out of their community to contribute to another opportunity to be seen by a professional---those are physicians I want to align myself with and recommend to others.
