I was in this store yesterday morning. I took my grandchildren to breakfast. While in the store, my

5 year old grandson had to use the restroom. Upon walking to the restroom, he commented that the

floor was easy to slide on and he could dance. I tried to stop him from doing this when all of sudden I

fell, with my granddaughter in my arms, and I hit my head and fell on the left side of my body.



One of the employess saw what happened and came to over to check to see if I could get up. I grabbed

my grandchild and sat in a booth. The employee went to the manager and told her what happened a few

times and finally after about 15 -20 minutes she came over with some ice for the pecan sized lump I had

over my eye and a form for her to fill in with me and my granddaughters information. After she retrieved

the information, she never came back to check on me or anything. I finally gathered my ice and grandchildren

and left.



I was VERY VERY disappointed that no one seemed to care if I had a major injury, asked me if I needed medical

attention or even checked to see if my granddaughter was injured.



I finally just decided that I would better off to go to my daughter and she would take care of us.



My problem is that your place seemed so uncaring. Either myself or my granddaughter could have been

seriously injured and you seemed not to give a care in the world.



I would never come back to that McDonald's
