I can't say enough nice things about my experience with Magnolia roofing and the people that work there. After trying to call multiple different roofing companies and not getting any callbacks, Magnolia roofing ALWAYS answers the phone. They are super prompt, and were here the same day to give me a quote. They Were even willing to do repairs on the weekend. After just a few phone conversations, I decided to not even try and get another quote from another roofing company. Their prices were great, and my new roof looks amazing!

IF I CAN GIVE THESE PEOPLE ZERO STARS I WOULD!! These people give contractors a bad reputation.

When we hire Magnolia we had to go out of town during the installation. Little did we know that Magnolia WOULD NOT provide their workers with a porter potty like every other company so when they had to use the bathroom, they found a way to go inside our house! Thankfully our house was an empty house bc we were trying to sell it at the time.

After they finished the job, we noticed there was blotches of discoloration on the shingles which they told us it was bc the shingles had a color defect and it would go away over time. It took 7 MONTHS! During this 7 months they threaten me with a lien bc i refuse to pay them the remaining amount for this kind of work. if they had installed the right shingles without the defect, i would have paid them immediately after the job. Eventually, the blotches faded and i paid them what i owed.

Another event that took place while the installation was that one of their workers accidentally broke a window to our greenhouse. I had to call Magnolia to informed them. Their response was that they did notice but didn't say anything bc they thought it had already been there before. Eventually, they did agree to replace the window.

THIS COMPANY IS A JOKE! Do NOT trust them. The claim they have been doing this business for over 20 years but yet their level of professionalism, honesty, and work ethic is flabbergasting. DO NOT hire these people and you can save yourself 7 months of headache!

Great team of ppl run by a very professional femal owner. This company will nvr screw there customers over nor there employes. This company uses only quality material n quality labor. Thanks for ur quality services n professionalism
