I recently tried a maid service for the first time in my life because I had company coming in and was just too busy, well I must say - I was impressed and very pleased with this company, the girls that came out to clean, were very pleasant and very good at what they did. Glad I choose Magical Maids!! I will continue to be using them at least once a month to do the things I can't keep up with.

Just a quick note to let people know about my service, I always read reviews and was leary after reading a couple of the reviews, but this company was the only one to come out last minute after another service cancelled at the last minute, so i settled, well, it was great, very sweet girls came out and they just went to town, never had to tell them anything and my house looked and smelled wonderful. I have used this service several times over the last ten years and have had great service, once I had an issue but the lady in office was quick to send them back out to fix the problem. I'm writing this because I was in dire need last week with unexpected guest and they came out the same day and did a wonderful job, was so pleased to come home to a clean and very good smelling house. Would recommend them to anyone!!!!!

Horrible service. Warned them once, but they did not care. They constantly put sheets on upside down, leave dried food in the sink that "they think you don't use" and rarely ever show up when scheduled...but that's the least of my complaints... They will sweep by a window sill, but not sweep a couple of dead ladybugs off of the sill while they are right there. Also, I guess because they figure a ceiling fan is on, that means, "we can't clean it." It's just a switch... turn it off and clean it...it's in the job description. I could over look a lot of things depending on price...these things you should not over look, unless you have a lot of money to throw away... And don't be fooled by Dana's sweet voice...complain and see how she says she didn't get your message.

I think this maid service is wonderful!! Every thing i ask them to do it gets done..I have never had a maid service so wonderful...Thanks magical maids
