The owner is a nightmare. i made an appointment to get a gown hemmed. She placed one pin on the side of the hem and said ok. I said can you put a few more pins in the front so I can see where it falls. She told me I know what I am doing. She did the same in the shoulder. Not once did she use a tape measure. .....The dress was two inches too short and one shoulder was too tight under the arm but the other was ok. Her response was again I know what I am doing. I told her I am the customer and this is my dress and you do not know what you are doing and you did a terrible job. I bought another pair of shoes with a lower heel and wore the dress a little too short and snug under one arm. She did not apologize or offer to fix the shoulder. She was happy with her work, She just does not get it . So however the dress comes out you need to be happy with her work because it is all about her not the customer.

clothes beautifully cleaned. fabulous customer service. a little pricey, but worth it
