Worse experience ever. I'm a business owner and went in to set up several accounts at one time. I had two managers set up the accounts at the same time for Internet, direct TV and security systems. It took hours, much confusion on their part, promises of $600 in Vida gift cards, install dates and everything after another fell through. They blamed one another for not bundling the accounts and over billing me hundreds of dollars. I received an erroneous over $500 deposit charged to my account over a month after install which I was told they'd take care of. Install dates were postponed several times. The first month I physically walked in on Dec 1 and 2nd to make two separate payments different accounts and of course the rep madeboth payments to the same account this the service onbtbe other account was disconnected for non pay. After another day spent at the ATT shop to redokt that the manager had me call ATT on the phone from the location which took hours and the phone tep dae that payment was made earlier in the month and paid to the new account do instead of just moving the money told me to make a double payment and wait 5-7 business days for them to credit my previous payment to the correct account. Meanwhile, the security system was installed at 2 homes on the same day the day after Thanksgiving. The Tec was super slow, took lunch break without completing the work, returned cyo install at a second location then didn't check to insure the cam was working which it wasn't and by that time the office was closed do he couldn't get new equipment and the system didn't work when he departed. He also told me to call in and set up another appointment and took off from the propy leaving boxes in both houses piled up in the living room and never said he was leaving. I walked in the living room to check IP on Jim and he had just left and left the boxes in the middle of the floor. Another appointment a supervisor showed up with a tec to ensure all was set up weeks after the original install. Weeks later I finally get the Mandeville manager Matt to return my call after 2 months to be told I will receive all these credits for their errors like $150 , $60+$$$ but of course nothing in writing and said I'll call u back by end of the day....I never heard back from him in almost 3 weeks. Meanwhile, this past Monday, Jan 1 the internet was down at one of the locations so after an hour on the phone with ATT rep and being told to reset the router, then they did a reset, then rep did a software update I was told it was a problem in the line and a technician had to be sent out on Jan 4th. By this time I've had several guests complaints of TV and Internet outages, security cam outrage and have spent days in and out of the local ATT shop and on the phone with countless reps to only ask me the same questions over and over and hours later no resolution. I had staff standing by at one properly from 11am yesterday waiting for the att rep to arrive for a 12&4/4-8pm appointment but after not hearing from ATT all day I fi all got a call after 5pm from a tec saying he was headed to the wrong property in the wrong State! When I told him the address of the property has requested service on he said there was no scheduled appointments for that address in their system. He gave me an 800# to call where I spoke with rep Kay who said the account had been cancelled for non payment. I'm shocked as I've only had the accounts set up less than 3 months and have been promised hundreds in credits they have yet to be credited to any accounts and this is the 2nd time they disconnected service within less than 3 months. Note, when I went into the ATT shop just before Christmas I was told not to set up auto draft yet because the account had so many problems and they didn't want me to be over charged so to wait until they applied all credits and I wouldn't need to pay a bill for a month or two.
