I also rent from RJR. I have absolutely no problem calling for any maintenance request I may need. They are there within a day and fix the problem wel. Both the office staff and the maintenance staff are kind and professional. Not sure what you think it proves when you bad mouth your landlord, you are making the choice to live there, no one is forcing you. How much does a can of spray cost to spray for spiders on your own?
