I would give zero stars if it let me. Kling installed a new boiler in my home and went against code, fire safety and manufacturers reccomendations and DID NOT VET IT PROPERLY. The manual, code and fire code all state that if hkipped the step of venting that we WILL get 1. guaranteed chimney failure. 2. Sickness from carbon momoxide. 3 and or DEATH.My chimney failed, we have carbon monokie and fumes coming in the home through the living room wall and have been sick. They are unwilling to fix their bad instal. They don't care at all and are not cooperating with the BBB. It would appear that he is waiting to us to die. My boiler has been red tagged and has the gas turned off. If we use it we will have a HEATH HAZZARD and a FIRE HAZZARD. they are unwilling to stand behind their work.Use caution if you hire them. Yoursafety is not on their list. It's going to be a long cold winter.
