From the moment you enter the doors you are made to feel welcome and comfortable. The salon it self is clean, cozy, tastefully decorated, and all your needs can be met readily. It’s hard not to feel like a VIP, when everyone is happy to see you, and wants to make you feel comfortable and beautiful. I have gotten more compliments that I can count on not only my hair, but my entire family’s. Robin and her staff have proven themselves time and time again to be knowledgeable and talented stylists. Stylists who truly listen to what you want and work with you to attain those results. They paid attention to what I wanted and what I was looking for, rather than they way they thought it should be, they catered to my needs. My skin looks awesome and my hair looks stunning. The employees are extremely pleasant. thoughtful and aim to please. The customer is offered his/her beverage of choice. Every service to meet the customers needs is available. They listen to the customer and make excellent suggestions to meet the customer's service needs. There is rarely a wait time and magazines and tv are available to entertain the customers and/or their children.
