Manchester Sylvania management intimidates, threatens with physical harm and harrass' hourly employees while providing high paying jobs to salaried friends and their wives. Notorious for unscheduled lay offs, i.e., furloughs in excess of 4 weeks of only hourly employees. Human resources have been made aware of these threats on many different occaisions and have looked the other way while actively assisting in whitewashing the complaints. Turnover is high due to the total lack of respect for employees and their families. Supervisors request saturday overtime on friday afternoon, if you had previous plans and don't accept they threaten to suspend or fire you on the spot. A vindictive and hostile workplace that requires this complaint be filed anonymously for fear of retribution against friends or family. Wouldn't recommend this company unless desperate, the high turnover rate speaks for that alone.
