Memorial High School, located in Manchester, N.H., offers an extensive curriculum for students in grades nine through 12. The school has an enrollment of more than 2,000 students and is affiliated with the Manchester School District. It offers a wide range of courses, including language arts, mathematics, science, social studies, arts education, information, communications and technology education, and health and physical education classes. It also offers advanced placement courses that include American government, computer science, American literature, studio art and Latin. Its honors courses include English, foreign language, music and art. The high school also provides various special programs, such as programs for the learning disabled, hearing and mental impaired and special needs and young adult programs. Memorial High School offers a variety of athletics activities that include baseball, basketball, volleyball, football, soccer, softball, lacrosse, tennis, wrestling, swimming, field hockey, golf, gymnastics, cross country, track and field, and Nordic and Alpine skiing.
