Excellent service! I called on "off hours" and was surprised that the phone was answered. The woman I spoke to was very easy to deal with and very helpful. She waited 20 minutes for me to get there and pick up the part (again after hours). Upon entering the store I saw a huge inventory inside. This was my first time here and will not be my last. I am quite handy with electrical and electronic items and frequently fix broken appliances around the house instead of calling a repair service. I will make Manchester Appliance Parts my first call from now on and most likely my only call. Thank you for your great service!
