I had a driveshaft that needed to be balanced. They put it on the balance machine and discovered it was bent. They attempted to straighten it (they couldn't - too badly bent). They cut it and offered to re-shaft it. I declined as I wanted to return the shaft to the bums who sold it to me. They put it on the machine again and showed me the bend. They had worked on it for about an hour. I asked what I owed them? The owner said "nothing". I offered again but he politely declined. I would have gladly paid for all their hard work and expertise but was thankful that I didn't have to. That is the mark of a quality business, knowledgeable and customer oriented. Highly recommended!
