I went to Franks because it was recommended by a shop that recently stopped doing their own alignments. I needed an alignment for my Mazda 3 because it chewed through the first set of tires in only 25k miles (excessive rear tire wear on the inside).Frank's did the alignment while I waited about an hour. The technician took the time to explain how the alignment was off (front right toe and rear right toe were slightly out of spec outward), and set the alignment so I'd get better wear on the new set of tires (I do mostly highway driving by myself, so the rear toe was set inwards near the spec limit to compensate for the Mazda 3's negative camber). Pros: Great service, reasonable price, credit cards accepted.Cons: No frills in the waiting area. Location is off the beaten path (at the end of a dead-end street in a residential neighborhood).
