I was in your retail store yesterday. I found the male sales clerk a bit rude and inattentive. I waited a while at the register for him to come and wait on me. He was down one of the isles with another employee. I believe they both knew I was waiting. It's not just the waiting, however, his overall mannerism is not a friendly one. He has waited on me many times in the past. Also, the entire area behind the check out was a total disaster. Papers all over the place and a display area that was mounded with "stuff". Very unsightly to have that kind of mess in a retail area. I have been there several times in the morning at opening time (8am) to find myself waiting in the parking lot till 8:10, 8:15 for this same man to open the store. I think he needs to plan his trip to Dunkin's a little earlier so he can open on time. On a positive note, the young man that brought my boxes to the loading dock was polite. Didn't offer to help put them in the car....but that was ok
