The first week I was at Cherry Creek, neighbors dropped marij*ana on our porch and asked us to toss it back up. Groups of men use the parking lots as hang-outs, and harrass women who walk by. While walking my dog through the parking lot, I found a pile of used and unused cond*ms in a parking space. One night, drunk neighbors were setting off flares in the middle of the street and blocking my entry, which they found hilarious. Recently, my upstairs neighbors had been drinking and threw up all over my front porch and surrounding walls, which were never cleaned. One night while we were sleeping, someone broke into my husbands car and stole his wallet. We put furniture outside with notes attached designating it for pickup by Salvation Army. Neighbors stole it within an hour. As for management, they withheld my deposit for no reason at all and have no regard for good customer service. I would absolutely rent somewhere else and check with your local police department first.
