(Full Review) They have allowed my propane to run out on more than one occasion, though on the first occurrence I informed them that this was unacceptable. They then promised it would not happen again. They have delivery propane and not left a bill, then will try to charge me late fees for not paying. The latest problem, the water heater will not stay lighted - but to get them out to look at it they want to charge me an additional $100 to bump me up on the list. If I don't pay their "ransom money" for timely service I will have to wait 6 - 7 days for hot water. It's 2 degrees outside, I need to go to work, but cannot take a shower, wash dishes, or do laundry. Avoid this company at all costs, or they will make sure it costs you! UNRELIABLE, UNSAFE, AND IRRESPONSIBLE!
