Has anyone had any issues with R & R Plumbing with a conversion to gas? We had ours done on 10/31/12 and keep having issues, burner has been locked out three times, the settings have been changed twice and it is very loud when the heat comes on. R & R is stating they have had no complaints and have done over 100 conversions

I recently moved into a new house, one of the conditions of the agreement was that the previous owner was to have the gas furnace serviced which was done by this company. The first day CNG found a gas leak. The gas company said this was because of their poor work and could have become a very serious problem

This company is horrible. I have no idea how they are still in business. I guess it is dopes like me that don't do their homework on a company and thus still hire them. R&R has poor customer service, rude plumbers, and they do poor quality work.
