The facility is great but the people that meet you at the desk and answer the phone are often discourteous and less than helpful. The sign says that you take visa card sbut alas it will decline the visa money card every time. No one is willing to find out why and deal with the situation. They also call on the first day payment is due to remind you to get it there even if it is a Sunday which is sacred for some people. The manager does not seem to care that there is a problem and just flip me off when I was last in the office.
