Every Sunday evening in the warm months, Bistro Henry serves up some of the best Dry Rub Memphis Style Ribs, East Carolins Pulled Pork, Texas Brisket and Vermont's Own Cider Glazed Chicken cooked up by pitmaster Henry over native hardwoods hickory, maple oak and cherry.
