We called Savages this morning, and within 3 hours they were here. Albeit they delivered bad news that our drain field failed, they provided other companies that could repair it or where we could rent an excavator to DIY it.
The young man that did pump our septic tank was awesome, polite, well mannered, knowledgeable, and my dogs liked him too
Next time we need our septic tank pumped, they’ll be who we use.

Mr. Savage is so great. I called with an issue with our septic and he came the next day at 9 AM and helped us with all our questions and planning for our future as much as saved the day for a family reunion gathering that day. 18 years as a family business that cares really shows and we look forward to working with them for a long time. Called Savage when another company was a no-show for 3 days. Savage showed up within a couple hours. did the job. The man was very friendly, courteous and informative. We will be using them for all future septic pumping needs. Thank you, Savage, for the great customer service.
