They missed one appointment due to a miscommunication. When they didn't show up for a second appointment, I called and was told that the repair person had been re-routed to a builder's meeting. They never bothered to tell me that they weren't coming. Guess I'll look elsewhere.

Summit Roofing Contractors is the most professional contracting company we have ever dealt with. They put 2 roofs on for us in 4 years -- 1st roof was worn out, 2nd roof had severe hail damage. Both experiences were incredible. They send out a crew that is large enough to get the job done in a day or less so that your house is not exposed to the elements after the old shingles have been removed. The work was flawless and job site was completely clean of roofing debris. We would not hire ANY other company for roofing needs!
