Found the source of a water leak that 5 big roofing contractors couldn't. That's all I need to know.

I had Samsky's Home Services do an entire laundry list of repairs on my home--painting, tiling, electrical repairs, plumbing repairs, garage door opener installation, fence repair, you name it. Everything was done to perfection, and in a very neat manner. Each day when I got home from work all I noticed was the improvements--never any other sign of anyone even being in my home. The only contractor I'll ever use. 5 Stars-more if I were allowed.

I had Samsky's Home Services come to my home because I had a leaking pipe in the ceiling. John repaired the leak and the drywall, and painted it to match the rest of the ceiling, and charged me about half of what others had estimated. Very professional and courteous.

John has done many projects for me in the past, and he's the only contractor I'll let in my home without me being there. He is very thorough in his job, does it quickly, and charges a fair price. He even fixes things I didn't notice without charging me extra. I was so impressed with him that I decided to have him list my home for sale, which he sold quickly in a poor market. If I wasn't moving away, I'd use his services forever. I couldn't be happier, and would love to find someone in my new area half as good.

John installed ledgerock over my fireplace and the wall all the way to the ceiling. The workmanship was top notch and the job was beautiful. I'm sure this work enhanced the value of my home, along with the appearance. All my friends love it. It took two days from start to finish, and John left absolutely no mess.

John came over to my home to do numerous repairs, as I was getting ready to sell my house. After I explained what needed to be done, he went about his work, and quickly finished everything I needed done. It costed me half of what everyone else wanted, and everything from the job to the clean-up was handled in a professional manner. I would recommend him highly--extremely highly.

I had John paint the interior of our home and the job turned out beautifully. Even though it was not part of our agreement, he fixed every imperfection in the drywall. Every day after he left, my home looked like no workman had ever been in it. He left it spotless. Even though he does all his own work, he arrived early each day and worked with no interruptions. He worked every day continuously until the job was completed. I really couldn't be happier. His work ethic and professionalism gave me renewed trust in the profession--at least in using him again.

It looks like a piece of indoor furniture-smooth as glass and beautiful color. He even replaced a board and nailed down every nail as he was staining at no additional cost. The job was perfect, and so was the cleanup. Nothing on my house. I couldn't be happier. I'll use him for all my home improvement needs, no doubt about it.
