Do not recommend. It has been a struggle to get the work completed due to multiple appointment reschedules for various reasons on Parrish's side (ex. didn't bring the part needed for the install even after having them out to inspect/provide a quote & electrician had to attend a work meeting and couldn't make the rescheduled appt). After the work was finally done, the county inspector could not grant a permit since the electrical work was not done to code. I do not recommend this company and will not be a return customer. What should have been 3 total appointments between Parrish and the county inspection is now up to 6 appointments. I also had to call and remind Parrish to schedule the county permit inspection weeks after the work was complete. Parrish claimed the electrician did not tell them the job was complete which is why they had not contacted the county. I do not know how work can be done by the electrician and the office have no idea that it was completed even after I paid in full. Where is the communication? This has been a very frustrating series of events to say the least.

These guys robbed us big-time....we paid a very expensive fee for work to be done and it was totally ineffective in fixing the cooling problem.....and they did not back up their work. Do not trust them, they are not honest. Overpriced and poor service.

Update on my review: After the company checked into my complaint, they did issue a partial refund due to the charges not having been made clear. I am very satisfied with the resolution and will continue to use their services. I will also be careful going forward to only proceed with work that is thoroughly detailed in writing accompanied by clear pricing.



Very unhappy! I have been a Parrish customer for several years and part of their service plan. I had my garbage disposal replaced at the grand price of $851.00. There was nothing extraordinary about the work that would necessitate such exorbitant labor costs. I had discussed cost for the parts but was never advised the labor would be so expensive. The part itself retails for about $200-225. Even with a 50% markup, that would still leave the balance for labor costs at approx. $500 for an 1-1/2hr job, yet somehow I was getting the discounted rate for being part of their service plan. I feel completely ripped off and will be looking elsewhere for future services.



The invoice I received is almost completely lacking in any kind of details whatsoever. No breakdown of part costs, details of the part(s), labor costs, nothing to show my discount for being a loyal customer and part of their service plan, only the total.



The office has refused to give me anything with more detail. There is no justification for a $851 cost to replace a garbage disposal.

We finally finished a water heater job that started just before Thanksgiving. My water heater burst the day before Turkey Day. Your company could not make it until the day after Thanksgiving. And we had a full house. So, I picked one up a replacement 80 gallon HWH from Lowe's and put it in with identical hook-ups. We had problems with the circulating system. (We have a long house and circulate hot water from one end to the other with a 3-pipe system). It's a long story, but Luis stuck with it and everything is fine now. I will definitely be calling Parrish for my plumbing needs and will ask for Luis Chavez when I have big problems. Thanks so much for your help

"This review is long overdue. I want to express my sincere appreciation for the fantastic service your company provided in the installation of the gas lamp in front of my house. It’s been in operation for about 6 weeks. This has been a cold and windy winter and the lamp has performed flawlessly. I believe much credit is due to the wonderful technician you have, Mr. Luis Chavez. He was always courteous, on time, kept me informed about the entire process, and really kept the job site clean and neat. He always followed up on any issue, and to be quite frank, totally exceeded all my expectations. He should be commended.

"Thank you for sending Mr. Bishop to our home this morning to light the pilot lights for our water heater and gas fireplaces. He was professional, informative, and very knowledgeable.

Our pilot lights went out on Wednesday evening after our propane service provider allowed our tank to run empty. Although the propane service provider was able to refill the tank on Thursday morning, we still had to manually relight the pilots on our water heater and fireplaces. Mr. Bishop taught me how to do this. A number of my neighbors have been in the same predicament in the past. You might consider offering classes on basic home maintenance for your customers and the communities that you service. It would be a great marketing tool for new business and enhance customer loyalty."

Called to say what a tremendous job Josh did for me last night. Josh was extremely polite, professional and, considering that they were a home warranty claim, I was surprised at how much attention to detail and information he provided to them so that they would know the exact issues with their unit. he worked diligently with the home warranty company on their behalf as well. He was very thorough and my husband and I were greatly impressed. it was late in the evening and Iwas convinced that I may get cancelled or work would not get done, but Josh hung in there and did everything possible to help us and I was most appreciative.

They did a complete replacement of my HVAC system. Worked with my Home Warranty company to help defray the cost and provided excellent service. I had three other vendors try to resolve my problem and Parrish was able to diagnose the problem and gave us real options from repair to replace with no hard sell. My wife and I decided to replace the system as the builder grade system had been put through a lot of abuse by the previous owner and we wanted some peace of mind. On install day they provided two crews which were professional, courteous and just plain nice. They did a great job with the install and My wife and I could not be happier. Based on this experience, we will always recommend Parrish to all of our friends and neighbors.

My furnace pilot light wouldn't light. My home warranty company hired Parrish Services to come out and look at it. The technician showed up in the time slot they provided. It all was fixed in about 30 minutes. Afterwards he explained what had happen and informed me of the other services. Couldn't have had a better and quick experience. I would recommend them to anyone in the area.
