I am writing this review to give potential customers a full overview of this dishonest and unprofessional dealership...I have now retained a lawyer. We are suing Nova for damages and lawyer fees. They have refused to issue me a title (according to the law, they had 30 days), and when my lawyer called them on 8/18/2017 they were very rude to her and refused to comply. I purchased a van from them in June, so it has been 2 months now, and they have not given me the title. They claim it was sent to me via UPS, but it was never delivered to my home, and regardless, it is their responsibility to deliver documents to customers, and no one else's. As of next week i will be forced to rent a vehicle, and will be adding that expense to the list of expenses we are demanding in court. The next step is to get the attorney general involved since Nova has now admitted to breaking the law.If anyone is considering buying a car from them, i would not advise it. They are dishonest, unprofessional, and flagrantly break the law.

The customer service experience was good until one of their vehicles are purchased. I was promised by two separate employees that if my vehicle is found to have any major issues they would handle them for me. Well 2nd day of purchase vehicle was found to have various issue ranging from bent rims, excessive vehicle smoking, cv boots needing replacing, struts, rotors, brakes, tires, ventilation/crank, case, gaskets, oil burning excessive and oil leaks. I was made to believe that as one employee put it "we are a family business and we will help you with whatever repairs you may have" After 3 phone calls and 2 emails this company has not responded to any of my messages and has proven that their ethics, integrity and honesty are at a low level. The inconvenience of purchasing a car and to have it in repair facilities more than I could drive is unacceptable. I would not trust Imperial Auto or recommend anyone to this dealership. I love my Mustang! Thanks to my salesman Rafi, I was able to get a good car that I could afford, at a great price, that has been absolutely reliable and fun to drive! Rafi was courteous and very knowledgeable about the car. I found the whole purchasing experience very stress free, and, I very much appreciated Rafi showing me how the stick shift transmission worked on the Saturn, and giving me the confidence to know that I can still drive a manual transmission car, which is exactly what I wanted, because of the current gas prices. Overall, I would highly recommend Rafi and Stafford Auto Sales!

I cannot thank everyone enough at Stafford Auto sales for what they have done for me. They went above and beyond to help me get financed and drive away in a beautiful vehicle of my dreams. I would recommend Stafford auto sales because I liked their approach and their willingness to sort out any issues. They made a fair offer on my part exchange and offered a very fair deal overall. There was a small problem with the vehicle I bought, but they are sorting that without any hassle. I would certainly make them my first port of call for my next vehicle.
