Mr. Handyman employs highly skilled professionals. They are versatile and knowledgeable and are always on time. Extremely reliable. I've been using them for more than 4 years.
Quick and businesslike guy - friendly and helpful - knew what he was doing.
Let me start by saying it was a great decision to hire Mr. Handyman services for my house projects. The excellent customer service started from the time I called to set up the appointment. The technician was courteous and promptly found a date/time to fit my schedule. The day of the appointment the technician arrived on time and immediately, after showing him the projects around the house, went to work. The technician kept me informed of the status of the work throughout the visit. At the end, I was very impressed of the quality of the work; he even cleaned all areas and removed packages and boxes. I will definitely hire Mr. Handyman again.

My wife and I have called Mr. Handyman on several occasions for odd jobs around our home. They are always timely, professional and offer exceptional services. We have chosen Mr. Handyman over other contracters cause they are easily accessible for last minute fixes and repairs and the craftsmanship of their work. Overall experience was outstanding and personal visit by the manager was a pleasant surprise.

The price is set up front, all info is provided during a call & a follow-up email to confirm time & more about the company is sent minutes after speaking with a representative. The technicitions are well versed in their field. 5 stars hands down!

Mr. Handyman of Prince William County is the best. They get their handymen to help you out very quickly, the cost is very reasonable, the handymen very knowledgeable and nice, and they warrant their work. I do not hesitate at all to recommend them.

First of all, I love Dot. She was my initial contact with Mr. Handyman, and she was such a help! I had a special order with Lowes, and Dot told me to give her a call whenever it came in, in case it was late (it was) and she would help me. She did, and with only one day's notice. She told me that John Ross would be there at eight the next morning and he was. I had a lot of small jobs for Mr. Ross, and he even looked around and found some more things that should be fixed and let me know about them. The jobs were completed, within the time he'd told me, and keeping to my budget. My husband liked the results so much, he gave me a new list for John: to have done this spring. Work with Dot and ask for John Ross!

I was impressed with the professionalism of the technician who came to survey the work and give me an estimate. I am also impressed with the follow-up from the office in setting a schedule and maintaining communication with me about the repairs. When the technician arrived to perform the work, he was right on schedule and did a suburb job within the minimum time/cost of the estimate. I highly recommend the service.
I highly recommend this Mr. Handyman francise after using them to help me with a number of home remodeling projects. What really impressed me was their willingness to return to adjust for free some of their plumbing work after my subsequent tiling work revealed some minor misalignments. I also found them to be very generous in offering highly reassuring guidance for my own construction own. But their professionalism really came through when one their handymen insisted on completing a project even when the winds of Superstorm Sandy started picking up. For the record, he had just finished when his boss called and ordered him to return home.
The technician Chris came to install a storm door in my office. He arrived on time and his job was very thorough. The installation was done without a huge mess and he cleaned up everything afterwards. The door looks amazing and I would definitely use Mr. Handyman again for any job around the house.
