Unprofessional. Borderline harasser. Poor communication. I could go on. Mr. Kerns came and gave us a quote. He was acting all buddy-buddy, even talking friendly to the kids initially - but taht would soon change. I was getting pricing for a fireplace flute that was leaking and some siding repair. I thought the pricing was a tad high ($275), but it was an emergency and the siding repair would be done later (unspecified date). The employee showed up and was literally done within 15 minutes. Up and down. Later on the phone, I mentioned I was concerned with the time/rate of the project and that I was now reconsidering the the other project. Kerns didn't like this and he went OFF on a 30 minute diatribe about...blah blah blah - the perils of running a business. He challenged me to find a better quote. Complained about "not everyone will get a roof." Complained about built-in costs of housing material. Travel times. I have never quite seen anything about it.

Great service. VERY knowledgeable receptionist. Fast AND Quality workmanship. Plus they even warranty the work.
