I appreciated the honesty! I had called to get a second opinion on a septic repair. After being told that they weren't licensed to do that kind of work, the plumber (sorry didn't get the name) asked me to describe the problem and what was the estimated cost. He then proceeded to tell me that the amount quoted was exceedingly high and I really was doing the right thing in looking around. Wow, would never have expected that. Will call back when I have a legitimate plumbing issue.
