Ok so i brought my lexus is300 in there about a month ago to upgrade my sound system. I decided to do everything. double din touch screen headunit, speakers, subs etc. ok so i shelled out 2300 dollars on the setup. it was about average if not a little more than other places but i didn't mind spending a little more at first because the customer service seemed great. Well about a week after i picked up my car there is an issue with my headunit (jvc avx50). sometimes when i would start the car the headunit would stay blank. at first i thought it was a fluke so i disconnected my battery to reset everything and it was good for about 3 days. then it did it again. I took it back and they said everything is 100% bla bla. I said ok well switch out the HU if its not a problem with the wiring. they said ok but o wait they don't have that same headunit in stock even though they keep a crazy amount of headunits in inventory. so i said switch it out w/ a pioneer 4300. it was 70 bucks more but the o
