I asked for a parking permit form in January since I had purchased a new vehicle (making for a total of 2). I get home this afternoon and my cehicle has been towed to impound, with a $150 fee to get it back. UNACCEPTABLE. This is caused from their failure to send me this form. Very poor communication and management on their part.

These folks are the new management that my community association select this year. I have been trying to reach them for last 3 weeks and they are hardly accessible. They do not have any alternate method of access as well.
