As your building inspector or home inspector, we will begin by conducting a visual home inspection of the interior and exterior (including the grounds) together with the client. As we walk through, we are not only discussing any problems we may discover, MRM provides personal attention by educating the client on how all components and systems of a home should work. We hope to give each client insight for the future so they have a better understanding of home maintenance. We then carefully look over the visible and accessible systems of your home such as structure & foundation, electrical & plumbing systems, roofs, attics & basements, walls, floors & ceilings. We also perform a thorough inspection of exterior structures such as porches and decks. We take the necessary steps to detect conditions that could signify the need for major repairs for systems including furnaces and air conditioning units. As your home inspector, we pay careful attention to components including plumbing fixtures in kitchens & baths and water heaters.
