Dr. Baskin totally understood my son's problem. He had a clear and effective solution and my son has not had a problem since. He listens well and though we had to wait a bit I chalked that up to the amount of time he spends with his patients. The staff is excellent and friendly. I have been going to this office for years and besides sometimes running beyond schedule, I have no problems or concerns.

Some staff very nice however X-ray tech rude and acts like the gate keeper she doesn't like to be questioned at all even though she is asking to put foot a way that would further complicate the break we already know is there second the wait time is ridiculous!! Over hour and half before even going in room I gave first couple times benefit of doubt but every time!! We should all show up over hour late and advise we were going to wait anyway last dr baskin rushed appt didn't listen to complaint ...

Dr. Baskin is the best doctor I have ever been to. He has a great bedside manner. He was very compassionate, and he really knows a lot about the foot and ankle as well as the rest of the body.

This doctor told my mother her foot was not broken and put her in a soft cast. Never bothered to order an MRI and sent her to weeks of rehab. Could not diagnose why her leg would swell with the foot and was only worried about a blood clot. After weeks of her telling me of pain I had her visit my sports medicine doctor. MRI shows a long fracture and extensive soft tissue damage. This doctor is dangerous and from what I read not board certified. Stay far far away.

Recently I had the good fortune to be treated by Dr. Eric Baskin. I found him and his staff to be extremely competent, caring and courteous. I have an an exceptionally difficult foot problem and Dr.Baskin explained my case to me in a concise and understandable manner, so as to make my decision regarding foot surgery a more educated one. The best part of the office visit was not having to wait for a long time in the waiting room for my appointment!

I was extremely pleased with my experience at Dr. Eric Baskin's office. He and his staff were courteous and professional. Dr. Baskin got back to me right away with lab results. His prescription did the trick and he gave me sound advice about the possible need for orthotics. I was impressed that he personally called me a few days after the visit to find out if the medicine was working and the problem resolved. I highly recommend him.

I had a great experience seeing Dr. Baskin. He quickly identified my problem and had wonderful bedside manner. First visit: Gave doc X-rays. Shows nothing. He put gauze pads on feet to change the way I walk. No help. Call to let them know. I had to come back.

Second visit: was told to get a electricity test on my nerves and ware night splints. I said it's not nerves, it's the ligaments or tendens. But I went. No problem with that test.
