Dr Dmitriy Fuzaylov is a physiatrist and interventional pain management physician. He specializes in joint and spine conditions with goals of decreasing pain and restoring function. He received his medical degree at Mount Sinai School of Medicine and went on to complete a residency training program in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation at Columbia/New York Presbyterian Hosp, which gave him the opportunity to work at the nation's top hospitals including Columbia Presbyterian, Weill Cornell, Hospital for Special Surgery as well as Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center. Subsequently, he also completed a fellowship program in Pain Medicine at the PennState Hershey Medical Center. He has participated in and presented at multiple medical conferences and holds publications in peer reviewed journals in his field. He is a dually board certified physician that treats a multitude of spinal and joint conditions including lower back/neck pain, osteoarthritis, sciatica/radiculopathy, spinal stenosis, sacroiliac joint pain, rotator cuff tear/tendonitis, etc. As part of his practice he utilizes injection techniques such as prolotherapy, platelet rich plasma (PRP), epidural injections, facet joint injections as well as sacroiliac and other joint injections. Dr. Dmitiry also specializes in osteoarthritis of the knee and treatment with injections of lubricant under fluoroscopy and additionally uses conservative measures to help his patients achieve optimal health outcomes.

Dr. Dmitriy is amazing! He took his time to understand what was going on with me after my car accident. He made sure I was comfortable and took time to rest. He was available to answer questions and send my medications even after hours. Just recently I had a question over the weekend and he was not here, the office sent him a message and he called me right away- even though he was with his family and he was off!
