Poor and dishonest with their vendors. I saw great customer reviews, and great employee reviews.... That's because the vendors they hire - the people who actually do the work - are getting the short end of the stick. Hire Local.

WARNING!!! This company does NOT pay its contractors, we have done numerous jobs for this company, and I ended up paying them money for a job that I did. I invoiced total facility $1,500 for a perfect job my company did. I got paid 3 months later $750 and then 2 months after that they "discounted" $900 off my next check referencing the same work order, I ended up paying total facility $150 to do a job for them which cost me materials and labor. This is only one scenario of thousands of issues! There management team has NO clue on how to manage a construction project, they are a bunch of untalented pencil pushers! Total Facility owes me more then $100,000, yes that's correct OVER ONE HUNDRED THOUSAND DOLLARS, which they have NO intention to pay! However, a birdie told me the management staff just got new flat screens for there houses because of how of an "outstanding" job they do. STOLEN MONEY FROM THE PUBLIC AND POOR CONTRACTORS NATIONWIDE! This company should be BANNED! And management
