I found the sales people to be rude and personally judgmental. The woman I worked with was extremely high strung and did not follow up on things. They claim to have designers but there was no real design help. I am very glad I did not purchase from this store. There was a no return policy and when I got to see the flooring in person somewhere else, it was not like the sample so I would have hated my flooring.
The service was great ! No drama, no rescheduling, spotless afterward. They even came back and fixed the edge after a pet damaged it the next day ! Love the carpet and I appreciate the good service.
