- Wealth ManagementAt Financial Freedom, our team of fee-only fiduciary wealth management professionals help you achieve your life goals and objectives.
- Money Market FundsFinancial Freedom’s approach to investing is to decide on the appropriate asset allocation first, and then select the specific stocks, bonds, and mutual funds that will allow us to implement the allocation. We allocate assets between equities, bonds and cash (money market funds). These allocations are based on the client’s age and financial objectives and are adjusted, based on changes in our client’s tolerance for market risk, the economy, and opportunities in the stock market. In terms of tactical allocation, we allocate using six primary asset classes: large cap, small cap, mid cap, international, energy/natural resources, and real estate. Additionally, we also focus on several key business segments such as health care, technology, and financial services.
- Cash Flow AnalysisUnderstanding current cash flow is critically important. How much am I saving at the moment? Is that sufficient? Am I spending money on items that are consistent with my priorities? How will my current spending change as I transition into retirement? These are all key areas that are addressed as part of the cash flow analysis.
- Financial PlanningThat’s why we don’t just focus on numbers and investments. Instead, we take a long-term, big-picture view to help you get on the path to the life you really want. This involves substantial attention to financial planning, to ensure that all aspects of your life are in order and you’re moving towards your ultimate goals.
- Retirement PlanningWhether you’re in the throes of your career, acclimating to an empty nest, or nearing that lifelong goal of retirement, it’s crucial that retirement planning is started sooner rather than later.
- Long Term CareWe complete a detailed review of your current coverages and make recommendations for any necessary changes in the areas of: health, disability, automobile, homeowners, excess liability, long term care, and life insurance. Appropriate coverages in each of these areas is critically important to the protection of your income and asset base.
- Asset ManagementThe first level is asset allocation. This is the combination of equities (i.e. investments exposed to the stock market), fixed income (bonds, bond funds, CDs, etc) and cash. Your overall asset allocation should be driven by what we call “your sleep comfort level” which takes into account your desire for volatility, risk tolerance, as well as what requirements are needed from the portfolio.
