A BUNCH OF THEIVES!!!Avoid this company AT ALL COSTS!!! These guys came to clean up our basement after a flood two years ago. After already accepting a $6,000 payment from our insurance company, they then charged $6,000 to our credit card. They are refusing to refund the money. We have called the better business bureau (who told us there have been four other claims filed this year alone), and we are attempting to take them to small claims court, though they are being very cagey whenever we try to serve them. They are complete scam artists & criminals... our next call is to the police for insurance fraud...
