Horrible. Lock popped out a month later and wanted to charge me again because they had to come out and fix it. Know how to do your job correctly and you wouldn't have to come back out!
I called at the end of the day on Thursday with a non-emergency. The next morning Bill Young was at my door. He was very professional and friendly. They had the best price as well.
Very professional, exactly on time, excellent work. Our locksmith, Bill, knew exactly what he needed to do and took care of our locks perfectly!
What an awesome company!!! I called looking for service to our home, and within 1 hour, Bill Young (an owner) was at my door. What great customer service that was!!! I was thrilled on how professional he was, great customer service skills, and knowledge of the work that needed to be performed. Their prices are great too! Most people would be charged alot for emegencey service, but not with this company. I give them a 6 star rating!

Came same day as called. Bill performed two tasks, including refurbishing bad entry lock so replacement was not required. Very professional and friendly service. Good value for price.

Terrible company. They do not back up their work. I had them out to rekey a lock and within 30 days the lock popped out and they wanted me to pay for them to come back to fix it. Their technician obviously did not do the job properly.

Quick response time, very friendly at explaining what he can do to repair the problem. Just awesome.
I am a commerical property manager and have used A-1 on numerous occasions. They are great at responding to emergencies and do quality work.
I have used this company twice and each time have received prompt and professional service. I highly recommend them.
Very accommodating--always show up on the same day I put a call in! Every employee that I have dealt with has been prompt, pleasant, and efficient.
