Have been trying to get a lift recliner chair since late January or early February...still waiting. Excuses that they are waiting on multiple chairs from more than one supplier. Difficult to get calls returned. I called the chair company directly and was told that they had multiple chairs in several warehouses and that the color in the chair that I want is NOT a special color as I was told by Modern Care Medical. We have dealt with this company in the past and were pleased. I don't know what happened in the last six years. Why cannot they not get their orders? Are they having credit problems...? Beware of dealing with this company!

I have been waiting on my diabetic shoes for over two months now, and all they will tell me is a lot of people order their shoes at the end of the year, and now its February that a lot of people order their shoes at the first of the year. I got them the paper work on the 18th DEC. they did not order the shoes until the 30th.
