      We sent a $700 coat to them, they ruined it (they had cleaned it properly once before) and they will not replace it. Don't send expensive items or "complex" fabrics they do not properly train their personel and they don't care about loosing customers. We spend over $2000 a year there and they didn't care about loosing our business. Watch out. There are other options either at home or travel to another town.
