Called them to do a simple septic pump. Not cheap. I have cash in hand to pay them. Mentioned I had a steep road. They said, "no problem". We'll send someone out tomorrow to look first. Tomorrow came. I stayed home from work. No one showed up. No one called. Called again a day or so later. They said "Oh gosh, yeah. that's right. I forgot. Let me call the guy. I'll call you right back." Want to guess? Yeah. No call. Called again today just for fun. "OH WE ARE SO SORRY. Let us call you back." Hah! Yeah. No. They. Didn't. Totally unprofessional. Agree with the other reviewers. Terrible company.



If their work is anywhere as disorganized, sloppy and mismanaged as their office, they will totally screw up your plumbing. Cavalier, screw-you attitude. Like trying to do business with the Three Stooges. Avoid at all costs.
