Provided by YP.comWe contracted with this outfit to remove an antique stained glass window from a house that we were selling in Malibu. The house was in escrow, and the glass was not to be part of the sale. We asked them to put clear glass in and leave the stained glass in the house. When we came next, there were plaster crumbs on the interior floor and the stained glass window was not to be found. When we called them, they said that the window broke when it was removed, and they threw out the pieces. When asked why they didn't call us or leave the broken window, they said that we didn't make it clear that we wanted the window. My husband could have repaired the glass given the opportunity.
Believe me, no person that saw the window would have come to the conclusion that we wanted it trashed. Maybe they kept it, I won't ever know. They are either extremely incompetent or dishonest. Spread the word.
Glass - 02/20/09 The work requested by the wife was performed as instructed and paid for. We did not discard any heirloom. There was a dispute between two individuals and we got stuck in the middle. A case of one hand did not know what the other one was doing.
