I'm not surprised at all by the rating but from my own experience it's a little high.
I stopped going here a while ago because they take so long to deliver the food.
I thought I'd give them another try and ended up almost getting into a fist fight with the manager. After waiting approximately 10 minutes in the drive through the car in front of me left without their food. I did the same and while I waited for traffic to clear so that I could exit the parking lot the Manager started yelling at me from the drive through. After a few minutes of this I got fed up and flipped him off. He then ran outside while another vehicle sat at the drive through window and tried to fight with me while I was inside my car.
Don't go here unless you're prepared for a long wait and know how to gang bang. If you're an L.A. native it should be just another day for you -lol.
