The agent that helped me was very nonchalant and pushy and definitely unprofessional. He also didn't allow enough time for me to decide on a place. I understand that time is important but he couldn't wait two days for a decision. Customer service is not in their book at all. For those that want at least some decent customer service I recommend avoiding doing business with this company. If you do then good luck and make sure you copy everything including conversation because they're not good at remembering what they said prior.
