took 3 hours to clear a simple clog because "the snake is going the wrong direction" mind you at 80$ an hour and suspiciously some money and sentimental items have come up missing from my girlfriends purse and are unable to be found. would not recommend will not be calling again. considering the bill the cost of never dealing with them again
