I love this UPS store! There is never a question that cannot be answered and it is done with a genuine smile and happiness to oblige. I'm a person who ALWAYS has many many questions and sometimes am a little indecisive so I'm used to people becoming a little exasperated or giving me the "blank face" after a while; NOT THESE GUYS :-)! They were willing to help me make the proper decisions on shipping and getting me the lowest price for what I needed done (unlike others who try to up-sell me). I would tell ANY and EVERYone to use this location versus another.

This is a great store to do business with either just sending a package or working with UPS via e-bay. My husband and I came here with over 20 packages during christmas and put all the addresses with post-it notes and John had us out the door in less than 8 minutes. I have recently been doing business with e-bay and I have come to send my packages on numerous times. When ever I have made a mistake John has corrected me no questions asked. You can call to check how much your package would cost and he will let you know. And, by the end of the day you receive shipping information via your e-mail address. He even set up my UPS account free of charge. I've dealt with a bunch of dummies when it comes to shipping but this guy is great! I give him an A+++, easy to work with, fast shipping, and does his job far beyond the call of duty. To all who are curious, this UPS store is the best in NJ!!
