I don't know how they do it but if you can't find it anywhere else (even the big box stores) they either have it or can get it for you. Very helpful staff.

This store is great. Everything that you could find at home depot you can find at Fraser's and then some. Their staff including their younger guys are very knowledgeable from everything from gardening to plumbing. This place always has what you are looking for.
