FABULOUS!!!!!! The service was great and the staff so friendly. My dogs hair cut came out looking beautiful! Makes me wish I could get my hair cut at Shan Poochies!

We had our first visit to Shan-Poochie this past weekend and we were very happy with the service provided. We were referred by friends who have been going there for a while now. We have tried several other groomers in the surrounding area and either found the prices way to high, our dogs come out scalped or burned by the razor and one place smelling like smoke. We love the the fact the shop is wide open/visable and clean. I would definatley recommend trying this groomer.

Was very surprised to read negative reviews for this grooming establishment. I was referred to them by someone at the township borough who was pleased with their services and suggested I try them out. Have not had a bad experience. I find it hard to believe they do not wash the animals as the place is wide open and visible to everyone in side and out. You can watch everything they do. Based on my experience I would recommend them highly.

I have been taking my dog to Shannon for 6 years. I enjoy her new clean and bright facility. I am always satisfied with how clean and well groomed my dog is. She bought a declining business and over the course of a few years has made it sucessful. It is refreshing to see a young entrepreneur working hard to grow their business.

My Dog was never washed after the grooming session, I had dog hair all over my car on the way home, his back nails on both paws were never trimmed, and it took over 3 hours even after I booked my appointment well in advance.I Wouldn't use them again if you paid me, there are too many groomers in the area much better than her. Sorry but facts are facts and she just isn't up to par yet when it comes to the high standards I expect from that profession. But don't take my word, give her a try and see for yourself the lack of precision and low standards that seems to be normal protocol there.

We have been going to Shannon to have our dogs groomed for several years now. I have NEVER had an issue with her or her staff, they always make us feel like every visit is our First. They are and have always been extremely accomodating and never give a specific pick up time. We have always been told 2 - 2 1/2 and don't mind leaving our dogs there because we know they are in great hands not to mention they always look great when we pick them up. What we love most it the fact the shop is wide open unlike most places you can see every thing that goes on while your dog is being groomed. Thanks Shan Poochie!!

I too have been going there for some time now the owner Shannon is very nice makes sure your happy with your dog when she is all done does a wonderful job ... I also like how she does a free specials each month I wouldn't go anywhere else .

I've been going to Shan poochie for awhile now they are very nice people know what they are doing they have always called to let me know they are running a little bit behind ...... Give them a try and I'm sure you won't regret it !!!

I've had both good & bad service there. I've been there about 6 times so far and they are on the second strike. When they transfered from K-9 Kare, the owner never told me they were under new managment. I had to ask what happen to my usual groomer. Then Once my dog was cut under the new managment & they didn't tell me. If they had better communication with the owners I'd give them a better review. Second strike was after I dropped my dog off I didn't hear anything for over 2 hours. I end up calling to see what was going on and they said they were backed up. My appointment was made far in advance so it's not like I just dropped off the dog. Again poor communication, not to call me and let me know what was going on. So my dog sat in a crate for 2 hours before they even started. Just beware what's going on here and don't assume anything. Yes they are nice, yes they love dogs but ALSO they won't tell you something if something went wrong & you don't ask questions.

Shan Poochie is amazing. The staff are fabulous. You can tell they are definately animal lovers and love what they do. They take their time with each client to make sure the they are getting the best service possible. My dogs look and smell great when they come home. I love the scarves, what a nice touch. I love knowing I'm getting the best service around. Give them a try your sure to love them!!
