I am a disabled Vet and 800+ miles away, But Don Ramseth Is very good friends with my sister Kris. He and Kris has come out here to Northern Cal for a short visit. So when he had a customer with an older Conversion van with a wheel chair lift installed and would fit my needs, he notified me and sent pictures. The price was within my budget so I sent him a check for the purchase. They then picked up the van drove it to the shop and tried to fit it in to a very busy schedule to make sure it was road worthy to make the trip to me here in California. It took some time as I was in no hurry. They did find issues with the van that needed to be fixed. And they did get them all fixed. It was completely serviced. I sent some money to help pay for whatever it needed. Now that it is ready to make the trip Don tells me that they will not accept anymore money and the money I sent paid for the parts needed but as a donation to a limited income Veteran there would be NO CHARGE for labor. I am over whelmed by these people and their Huge generosity to me. The VA is upset with me that I bought an older van, but it is all I can afford. So they the VA will not help me with any other needs I might need to make it workable for me. So I am on my own. And I will make this work. All I can say is THANK YOU to all the employees at this wonderful facility for what they have done. They went way above and beyond for me and I am grateful.
